Tai Chi Class Facilitated by Ellen Rantz

Tai chi is described as "meditation or medication in motion," a mind-body practice that involves a series of slow, flowing exercises that combine meditation, movement, and rhythmic breathing. Participants can experience many benefits from this type of exercise, including increased strength, improved mobility, better flexibility, and stronger immunity.

Target Audience: Adults with arthritis of all activity levels.
